Description

We will set you up with your own customer service ticketing system where your clients can submit a customer service ticket and everyone in the company will receive an email.  You will have one place you can go to see all of your open tickets and you can assign them to certain employees, respond to them yourself, or close them.   Clients and employees can just respond to the emails and the ticket will get updated accordingly.
